Mode of action suprax:
Suprax is cephalosporin antibiotic III generation for parenteral use. Effective bactericidal (breaks the synthesis of cell walls of microorganisms). It has a wide spectrum of action, which includes a variety of aerobic and anaerobic Gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms, including Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Resistant to beta-lactamases as a Gram-positive and Gram-negative microorganisms.
Indications suprax:
Infectious-inflammatory diseases caused by microorganisms sensitive to the drug:
- Pharyngitis;
- Tonsillitis;
- Sinusitis;
- Acute and chronic bronchitis;
- Otitis media;
- Uncomplicated urinary tract infections;
- Gonococcal infection of the urethra and cervix.
Instructions suprax:
For adults and children over 12 years with a body weight of 50 kg daily dose is 400 mg (1 time / day or 200 mg 2 times / day).

Contraindications suprax:

Pregnancy and lactation suprax:
Application Supraksa during pregnancy is possible only when the intended benefits to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus.

With simultaneous application Supraksa and carbamazepine increases the concentration of the latter in the blood plasma.
Overdose suprax:
